Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once installed, you cannot return product under any circumstance. This is due to Manufacturer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, process and business, If purchasing a custom container home, we cannot issue refunds/returns under any circumstance - including pre-installation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your Cabin. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please Note: MODERN CABIN LLC requires a $7500 non refundable deposit with each purchase. In addition, at time of return, MODERN CABIN DESIGNS LLC will charge a $2,500 restocking fee. This is due to manufacturer policies.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@moderncabinsusa.com. Please note: CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ALL SHIPPING EXPENSE FOR RETURN.


Warranty Policy

1. Manufacturing Error Coverage:
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If you discover any such defects during this time, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

2. Customer Neglect Coverage:
For issues arising from customer neglect, we provide coverage for a 60-day period from the date of purchase. This includes damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow product care instructions. During this period, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase.
